Welcome
This is an exciting time. You have learned some of the basics about permanent weight loss and I want to remind you that knowledge isn't going to do it, but applied knowledge certainly will. Over the next few days I will be posting help guides, covering specific topics. Any particular concern you are having will be gladly discussed and for now those questions and concerns can be emailed to me directly and then I will respond as quickly as possible. If I feel that your question and concern is of importance to everyone I'll write up a post for all to benefit.
I am excited for each of your success and thank you all for taking this essential step to a new healthier you. I appreciate your patience as I disseminate additional help in your journey.
